The material of our pump spare parts mainly includes gray iron and ductile iron. All of the molds of spare parts are designed by our Technical Dept and machining by our machining factory. We provide one stop service, from moulds designing to machining. We can also provide material report and dimensional reports by testing by our own. The test methods include but not limited to: spectrum test, tensile test, material analysis, pressure test, dimension test etc.. At present, the casting process includes: clay sand casting, precoated sand casting, resin sand casting. Using molding machine to ensure the shipping date of orders.
